Description: A malignant tumor of the ovary, usually bilateral, with fibromyxomatous stroma and scattered mucin secreting signet cells. Typically, the tumor is a large, greyish white, solid lesion. The primary tumor usually found in the ventricle. By Krukenberg termed fibrosarcoma ovarii mucocellulare carcinomatodes, but they are now known to be most frequently secondary to malignancy of the gastrointestinal tract. Occur in elderly women.
